Best Friends For Never {Chapter 4 - Remi}

I went straight to Kingsley's house from chioma's, I didn't care if he was awake or not I just walked in.

"KINGSLEY!!!" I screamed through the house

"What the hell are you doing here?" he said in a groggy voice.

"We need to talk" I said running through the house to find him.I got to his room and he was lying on his bed with his pillow on his face curled up in his blanket.

"Kingsley please I need to talk to you." I said shaking his sheets off.

"No!" He yelled, muffled by his pillow.

"Kingsley please it was an accident." I begged.

"WHAT THE HELL REMI, CHIOMA IS YOUR BEST FRIEND, HOW COULD YOU?" He yelled sitting up. This was the first time I have ever seen him serious.

"Kingsley Please don't tell her. I was drunk I didn't know what I was doing it will never happen again I promise." I said busting into tears. He got up and hugged me.

"Wait oo you want me to keep that a secret?" He yelled. "Cause I think I should go tell chioma now."

"No!" I cried. "Kingsley it will never happen again, I swear. If you tell her it will just hurt her. Please."

"Fine." He said glaring at me. "But if it ever happens again, if I even catch you looking in his direction, I will tell her."

"Of course never again I promise." I said. Right then we heard a knock on the door neither me or Kingsley moved.

"I know you're here" I heard Chioma call through the door. Again neither me or Kingsley moved. When she stopped knocking I looked out the window and she was gone.

"I have to go" I said leaving in tears.

"Wait Remi" Kingsley said walking out of his room.

"I told you I promise it won’t happen again I'm sorry" I said walking towards the front door. Then he grabbed my arm.

"No Remi, listen you know I'm pissed at you but don't think I hate you because I will never hate you or Chioma. Just if you hurt her I will.... just don't hurt again" he said letting me go. I walked to my house still in tears. I had to talk to Lanre. I entered my room and got out my phone.

"Hello?" Lanre answered.

"Let me get things straight we will not tell Chioma about the kiss. We were both drunk and didn't know what we were doing. When we all hang out tomorrow don't look at me, don't talk to me. That kiss meant nothing. You love Chioma and she loves you" I said quickly.

"But Remi I wasn't drunk...what if it did mean something?"

Confirmed news reaching us said that the once happy couple have gone their separate ways....

I know for sure that Nike Oshinowo moved out of Dr Soleye's Lekki home mid last year and even when they stepped out together at Folorunsho Alakija's thanksgiving party in September 2012, they were already living apart. Nike now lives in VI, while Dr Soleye has moved to Parkview Estate, Ikoyi.

After six years of marriage, former beauty queen Nike Oshinowo has packed out of her matrimonial home.

Her husband, Dr Tunde Soleye, confirmed it in an interview with Encomium magazine. He said:

“We are no longer living together. Nike and I have sent out a joint statement on the issue. It is simple and clean. This is not a scandal. We had three options, the best of which is to tell the world the truth that we now live apart. We have been living apart for a couple of months now. We see occasionally. She calls me when she wants  and I speak with her too. There's no fight. I have been to where she lives. We are still friends. We are going through a difficult time and we will come out of it.

Unveiling Julius ' D Genius' Agwu

The ace comedian, actor and musician is currently working on a book, his auto-biography, which will be unveiled on the 7th of April, which also happens to be his 40^th  birthday (this bros don dey old ooo). The book which has no title yet, is being edited by award winning poet and writer, Toni Kan. On this same day,  Julius will also launch his TV show - Jokes Apart, which he has been working on for five years.

In other news, there will be a Valentines’ day event - Festival of Love with Julius Agwu at Hilton Abuja on February 16th, 2013. This event will feature Wizkid, Burnaboy, Bovi, Daniel de Humourous and so many others.

Best Friends For Never {Chapter 3 - Chioma}

Its always nice to wake up to someone accidentally stepping on you.

"yeeee!"

"Chioma?" Remi exclaimed and quickly moved off of my gut. "Why are you on the floor?"

"I collapsed on the couch, guess I fell off." I explained rubbing my temples. Gosh I hate hangovers. "Everything OK? I heard you curse." I asked slowly getting up and heading into the kitchen for a glass of water.

"Oh um uh," She fumbled. "I forgot to tell mumsy I was crashing here so she is probably freaking out and gonna kill me." I nodded and handed Remi a glass of water which she gulped down quickly. "I should go." She said placing the glass down on the counter and heading into the front room.

"Don't you want breakfast?" I noticed the mid afternoon light flooding through then window. "Or lunch I guess."

"No." Remi grabbed her bag. "I really just have to go."

"Alright well -" Remi escaped out the front door before I could finish. "bye." Why was Remi acting so weird?' Or weirder then she normally was when she was hungover.

I went upstairs and into my bathroom. Pulling off of my dirty cloths and tossing them onto the floor I got into the shower. When I got out I headed into my room and pulled on a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. I flopped onto my bed and dialed Lanre's number. After a few rings he picked up.

"Hey!" I said cheerfully. "Last night was fun."

"Who is this?" Lanre asked groggily into the phone.

I pressed my lips together and then responded. "Chioma. Why, did you sneak away and visit your secret girlfriend?"

"What? No!" He said quickly with a nervous and awkward laugh. "I would never cheat on you." He added in that same nervous voice.

"Relax it was a joke." Why was everyone being so weird? "Anyway, I just wanted to know if you could hang out."

"Can't sorry."

"Oh well maybe we can -"

"Hey Chioma," He interrupted "I really can't talk right now, I will call you later." His side of the line went dead.

"Fine." I said to myself. "I guess I will hang out with Kingsley." Well that plan was quickly ruined when he didn't answer the door even though his car was in the drive. "I know your here!" I yelled at the house annoyed. Something had everyone avoiding me. What happened last night that I didn't know about?
